AQUEOUS - The mPact-25S, 30S, and 45S are ACTS’s skid-mounted ozone antimicrobial system designed specifically for produce wash systems. The system can be easily connected to any existing produce wash tank up to 1,000 gallons (30S) and up to 1500 gallons for the mPact-45S. The systems continuously treats wash tank or flume water to eliminate bacteria and mold in the water that would otherwise contaminate produce. Other application methods inlcude the use of spray bars on conveyors to rinse and or wash product before processing.
The systems can be used on all wash tank systems and on any wettable product. The system generates ozone on-site electronically and injects the ozone into the wash water for continous antimicrobial treatment. An optional ORP (oxidation reduction potential) monitor provides the user with constant wash water oxidation level data, and regulates the ozone output to user-defined setpoints.
